Ciao Lucia offers returns on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items and accessories are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus a small restocking fee.
